PEPE 2020 Placement test

IMPORTANT: Read the following instructions carefully.

Dear Student,

This online test consists of 86 items and is the first evaluation you take before participating in PEPE. The results will be given directly to the academic area of PEPE. Upon your arrival to Mexico you will have an oral interview to evaluate your communicative skills. Both the results from the online test and the oral interview will be used to place you in the correct Spanish level.

It is important that you click the “Submit” button, at the end of the test, in order to assign a test number.

Do not try to guess the answers. Answer the only ones that you know. If the questions are getting more difficult to answer and you think they are out of your level, go to the end of the test and click the submit button.

Estimado estudiante,

Este examen en línea consiste en 86 reactivos y es la primera evaluación que tomarás antes del PEPE. Los resultados serán transferidos directamente al área académica del PEPE. A tu llegada a México tendrás una entrevista oral para evaluar tus habilidades comunicativas. Los resultados tanto del examen en línea como de la entrevista oral serán utilizados para ubicarte en el nivel correcto de español.

Es importante que des clic al botón “Enviar”, al final del examen, para que sea asignado un número de examen.

No intentes adivinar las respuestas. Contesta solo aquellas que conoces. Si las preguntas se vuelven cada vez más difíciles de contestar y crees que ya están fuera de tu nivel, dirígete al final del examen y da clic en el botón de enviar.
